1- Search and select products
You can use three methods to search for your desired product on the site with products: – Using the search bar tool (if you have already selected your desired model or brand). There is a search tool at the top of the site pages and you can go directly to the product you want by typing the name or part of the name of that product in the search bar. – Using the product group section Below the search bar tool, there is a product grouping. By placing the mouse pointer on each of them, the related product categories of that product group are displayed. Then, by clicking on the product categories, you will be taken to the advanced search page where you can limit your search based on manufacturer, type or color. In the next steps, you can use the site’s advanced search tool and select the features that are most important to you, along with limiting the price range of the product, to more easily select your desired product. – Using the quick access tool In the quick access bar on the site’s home page, you can also click on the desired product group to be transferred to the advanced search page. Also, sections on the site include “Latest Products”, “Most Popular Products” and “Best Sellers”, and reviewing the products in these sections can help you select the product you want.
2- Adding products to the shopping cart After selecting the product that you have finally decided to purchase, by clicking on the Add to Cart option, you will enter the shopping cart page. If you intend to purchase more products, add them to your shopping cart so that they can be processed and sent to you as one order. It should be noted that if the total amount of your order exceeds 100,000 Tomans, free express delivery with the product will be available in Tehran.
3- Finalizing the purchase
After selecting the desired products and adding them to the shopping cart, you must complete and finalize your order in the following 4 steps: 1) Log in to Ba Kala, 2) Order submission information, 3) Order review, and 4) Payment information. If you have added the desired products to the shopping cart without logging in to the site, you must log in to the site in the “Log in to Ba Kala” step by entering your username and password. If you do not already have an account with Ba Kala, you can easily become a member of the site in a few seconds by entering your email and details, and then register your shopping cart.
